Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Florida seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive Lean manufacturing improvements and optimize plant performance. You will lead production scheduling, safety, quality, and cost control, while guiding teams across engineering, maintenance, and operations.

The role requires a strong track record in high-speed plastics manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO quality systems, and active collaboration with customers and suppliers to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications

• Must have Lean manufacturing experience and a track record of continuous improvement.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience with plastic injection molding environments is required.
• Experience in a commercial role with direct customer contact.
• Experience managing to ISO or equivalent quality standards.
• Experience implementing an Operating System (e.g., Toyota Production System) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facility produces high quality products efficiently within budgeted costs.
• Leads Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manages profit and loss and drives plant performance and KPIs.
• Leads strategic planning including cost reduction, capital, and resources.
