Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Twin Falls manufacturing facility, guiding daily operations across material processing, fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing to deliver safe, efficient production and a strong workplace culture.

You will own safety, quality, delivery, and financial results, drive continuous improvement with Lean methods, develop leaders, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, metal processing, assembly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure execution according to processes and schedules.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as core objectives.
• Manage plant-level P&L, labor, materials, and inventory performance.
