Qualifications

• 5+ years of factory/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and D365.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and motivation to group leaders, emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, and morale.
• Conduct daily production area audits to ensure procedures for safety, quality, equipment, and training are followed.
