Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Plant Manager for its Twin Falls, Idaho facility. You will lead all manufacturing operations from raw material processing to final delivery, driving safety, quality, and profitability while fostering a strong team culture and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include achieving KPIs, managing P&L, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, metal processing, assembly, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing operational performance, labor productivity, budgets, and financial results.
• Proven leadership experience developing teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production activities meet processes, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow across all manufacturing processes including material staging, fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, quality inspection, and shipment preparation.
• Remove barriers and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency and delivery.
• Monitor daily production activities, labor utilization, downtime, and operational effectiveness.
