Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college preferred and a minimum of a high school education and 5+ years of factory-related experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including D365
• Management / Leadership experience at least 5+ years required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and motivation to group leaders, emphasizing safety, quality, efficiency, and morale.
• Lead the development of group leaders and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate process standardization efforts to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing inefficiencies, leading continuous improvement initiatives.
