Lippert Components, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Ohio area to oversee plant operations and ensure on-time delivery of quality products.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating with materials and line operations, and enforcing safety standards on the shop floor. You will monitor production lines, drive continuous improvement, and manage daily priorities while aligning with company policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer and inventory software knowledge; AX familiarity.
• Ability to read work orders, prints, measurements and schedules.
• Must be able to lift and move items as part of the job.

Responsabilités

• Ensure product is produced and delivered on time; meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues and coordinate with supervision, materials, and coating teams.
• Directly supervise assigned production lines and teams; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Complete and submit organizational paperwork including time off requests and reports.
• Ensure Lippert quality standards are followed on assigned lines; participate in reviews.
