Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor in the United States to oversee production lines ensuring on-time delivery and quality to meet customer requirements. You will manage assigned teams, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role demands leadership, problem solving and basic knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software (AX). Welding operations experience and Lean 5S are preferred; strong organization and communication skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory/manufacturing software familiarity (AX).
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read work orders, frame prints, measurements and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is produced and delivered on time and lines receive materials.
• Troubleshoot downtime and coordinate with supervisor and materials.
• Supervise 1–6 employees and drive safety, continuous improvement.
• Complete organizational paperwork including time-off requests and evaluations.
