The role emphasizes strategic planning, lean practices, and culture development to build a high-performing team. Travel is minimal; this is a full-time on-site position at a Lippert facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Navision.
