Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or plant operations experience with leadership.
• Knowledge of production planning, processes, quality systems, safety, and maintenance.
• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, solve problems, and improve performance.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance measurement preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and delivery targets.
• Lead, develop, and hold supervisors and employees accountable for performance and policy adherence.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures and compliance.
• Monitor production output, labor use, equipment performance, downtime, and scrap; implement improvements.
• Ensure products meet customer specs and quality requirements; support corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment improvements to minimize downtime.
• Manage plant operating expenses, labor costs, materials use, and resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and supply chain to maintain inventory levels.
