Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Associate's degree with 12+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant, and quality-focused operations by maintaining world-class HSE standards and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop and lead a high-performing workforce through talent management, engagement, and coaching.
• Drive lean practices, optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality and delivery metrics.
• Manage performance and customer engagement through budget ownership and alignment with growth goals.
