Job summary

ABB in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead and optimize manufacturing operations. You will manage production schedules, allocate resources, and backfill supervision as needed while driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or higher with relevant manufacturing supervision experience, plus preferred Lean Six Sigma or PMP credentials and familiarity with SAP, Workday, Kronos, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent with relevant manufacturing supervision experience.
• Preferred Lean 6 Sigma and/or PMP certifications.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and HR-related tasks.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US.

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet demand and service levels.
• Identify productivity, quality, and safety improvements and drive implementation.
