• Direct scheduling and flow for production and inventory control to optimize costs and labor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain reports on production data, KPI, and performance metrics.
• Recommend capital purchases with justification for Expenditure Requests.
• Collaborate with local leadership to optimize production schedules for SIOP.
• Lead performance management for plant employees and provide coaching.
• Create an environment that attracts driven individuals and teams.
• Empower the team and hold them accountable for results.
• Make hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and transfers decisions aligning with core values.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
