Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and staff to achieve safety and environmental targets.
• Lead execution of operating plans to meet KPIs and continuous improvement goals.
• Develop and mentor plant staff and build strong internal/external relationships.
• Champion Lean and corporate manufacturing initiatives.
