Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical degree.
• 10+ years working in manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years of progressive responsibilities in operations and/or engineering leadership, including supervisor experience.
• Experience in leading teams to meet continuous improvement goals and change efforts.
• Experience coordinating activities across functions to achieve results.
• Exposure to global manufacturing and corporate network resources.

Responsibilities

• Direct production and maintenance operations to meet cost, quality and service goals.
• Lead execution of operating plans to meet manufacturing and commercial objectives.
• Assure manufacturing capability and performance improvements.
• Provide direction to plant personnel on manufacturing priorities.
• Maintain efficient operation of plant assets and equipment.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulatory compliance and safe work environment.
• Grow talent and capability of plant operations staff.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers as needed.
• Champion Lean and other manufacturing initiatives.
