Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong safety and performance focus with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead department operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide leadership to production teams and supervisors, including coaching and performance management.
• Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to meet production demand.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in uptime and yield.
• Resolve operational issues through data-driven problem solving with cross-functional teams.
• Support new product introduction, equipment start-up, and seamless transitions to manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.
• Manage budgets, spending, and resource utilization; report performance to leadership.
