Job summary

Aspiring manufacturing organization in Anderson, South Carolina seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations at its facility. You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Scheduling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement Lean/Six Sigma programs, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience in blow-molding/injection-molding or automotive manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive/ISO quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Scheduling, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Technical Resources, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency with Engineering and Maintenance.
• Lead capital projects from evaluation to commissioning and optimization.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with Materials, HR, Quality, and EHS teams and external partners.
