Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing at its Anderson, SC facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, tooling, engineering, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001, ISO14001/45001, and a track record in Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Five or more years of manufacturing operations leadership experience in blow-molding, injection-molding, plastics, or automotive environments.
• Proven leadership of multiple operational functions including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Tooling, Scheduling, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality-management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Scheduling, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives to raise productivity and reduce costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize processes.
• Lead capital projects from evaluation through commissioning and optimization.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and IATF standards.
• Manage budgets and control labor, materials, maintenance, and capital costs.
• Collaborate with Materials, HR, Quality, and EHS and external partners.
• Develop teams and cultivate accountability, collaboration, and leadership succession.
