You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Five+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience in blow-molding, injection-molding, plastics, or automotive.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Scheduling, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Lead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and maintenance programs.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics; enforce safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives.
