Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Anderson, SC seeks an Operations Manager to lead Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering and Continuous Improvement, delivering safety, quality, delivery and cost targets. You will drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen, oversee capital projects, manage budgets, and mentor cross-functional teams to heighten performance and build long-term leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Five or more years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably within blow-molding, injection-molding, plastics, and/or automotive environments.
• Experience within automotive manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead capital projects and oversee equipment and tooling improvements.
• Establish and report key performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop talent and succession plans for long-term leadership.
