The role requires collaboration across FSQ, maintenance, planning, procurement, and sales to meet production and customer requirements. You will develop operating plans, schedules, and performance targets, while coaching staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, sanitation, HACCP, GMPs and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage production teams and multiple plant functions.
• Track record of productivity improvements and cost reduction.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and labor management.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily plant operations to safety, quality, production, service, and financial goals.
• Develop and execute plant operating plans, production schedules, and performance objectives.
• Maintain a strong food safety and quality culture, partnering with FSQ to ensure compliance with standards.
• Partner with Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor KPIs, including safety, quality, production output, labor efficiency, waste, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Sales, Quality, and other departments to meet requirements.
• Develop employee capabilities, promote engagement and accountability, and ensure equipment training.
• Manage staffing levels, labor requirements, overtime, and workforce planning.
• Investigate production, quality, safety, and employee issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate production reporting, inventory control, SOP compliance, and a clean facility.
• Manage departmental budgets and capital expenditure projects.
• Respond to operational emergencies and personnel issues as needed.
