Job summary

You will guide supervisors across departments, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive production performance while coordinating with QA on HACCP implementation. The role requires supervisory experience in a food processing setting, ability to train staff on equipment, and strong adherence to GMP and food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role managing daily plant tasks and staff.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and quality standards are followed.
• Familiar with HACCP and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Verify duties with supervisors and QA to ensure accuracy.
• Address GMP, safety, and security rules in the plant.
• Ensure production goals are met.
• Train employees on equipment usage.
• Monitor equipment and personnel in the plant.
• Ensure production supplies are on hand and used correctly.
• Verify daily production sheets and documents for safety.
• Coordinate with sales to verify load schedules.
• Liaise with other PFI plants for raw materials and equipment.
• Respond to production emergencies and personnel issues.
• Assist Supervisors with production.
• Work with quality to ensure safe, high-quality products.
• Understand plant equipment and address issues promptly.
