Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation of production equipment and facilities.
Plan and direct maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel and coordinate priorities.
Maintain knowledge of plant systems including refrigeration, electrical, air and piping, PLCs, filling and packaging equipment.
Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities and support systems.
Analyze data to identify issues, implement improvements, and optimize labor and equipment utilization.
