Sportmix in Chickasha, OK is seeking an experienced production leader to plan, organize and direct day-to-day manufacturing operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, implement processes to boost productivity, and ensure safety, food safety and quality policies are upheld.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership within food manufacturing, bachelor’s in business, and proficiency with ERP/WMS and batching software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
10+ years’ leadership experience in planning or supervision in a food manufacturing facility.
Strong communication skills; working knowledge of production equipment; proactive problem-solving; Quality System knowledge.
Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.

Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
Achieve goals set for the production facility.
Lead the facility in establishing and meeting continuous improvement objectives.
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
Promote all Safety, Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures while supporting their continuous improvement efforts.
Foster a well-trained and motivated team by encouraging and supporting the development of all plant employees.
Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement.
Perform all other duties as assigned
