Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Plant Manager for a modern food manufacturing facility just outside Oklahoma City. The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and will oversee daily operations while driving continuous improvement and food safety priorities with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree – Heavily Preferred.
• 7-10+ years' total experience in manufacturing operations, planning, or management in a food manufacturing facility.
• Working knowledge of production equipment.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.
• Quality system background or foundational knowledge of SQF & Food Safety.

Our client is currently seeking a Plant Manager for thier modern Food Manufacturing facility just outside Oklahoma City. The Plant Manager will report into the Director of Manufacturing & beresponsible for the daily operational activities of the facility while promoting continuous improvement & food safety prioritization through strong leadership. This is a 24/5 Plant with Sanitation on Weekeends and roughly 150 employees. The Plant Manager will have 8 Salaried Direct Report Managers

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
• Achieve goals set for the production facility.
• Lead the facility in establishing and meeting continuous improvement objectives Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• Promote all Safety, Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures while supporting their continuous improvement efforts.
• Responsible for implementing and reporting of plant KPI's Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
• Provide operational and employee leadership to the facility Assist executive management with budgeting, production statistics, cost analysis, justification of capital expenditures and asset management.
• Foster a well-trained and motivated team by encouraging and supporting the development of all plant employees Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Heavily Preferred
• 7-10+ years' of Total Exxperience within Manufacturing Operations, Planning or Management in a Food Manufacturing facility
• Working Knowledge of Production Equipment
• Experience with ERP, WMS and Batching Software.
• Quality System background or Foundational Knowledge of SQF & Food Safety
