Job summary

Sportmix in Chickasha, OK is seeking an experienced production leader to plan, organize and direct day-to-day manufacturing operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, implement processes to boost productivity, and ensure safety, food safety and quality policies are upheld.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership within food manufacturing, bachelor’s in business, and proficiency with ERP/WMS and batching software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years’ leadership experience in planning or supervision in a food manufacturing facility.
• Strong communication skills; working knowledge of production equipment; proactive problem-solving; Quality System knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and batching software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations.
• Achieve goals set for the production facility.
• Lead the facility in establishing and meeting continuous improvement objectives.
