You will lead manufacturing, engineering, scheduling and maintenance, develop cost-reduction programs, supervise personnel, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of manufacturing experience are required, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Management.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years in a higher-level supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs the manufacture and assembly of products at optimum cost while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Manages schedules to meet delivery dates with minimal WIP.
• Develops cost-reduction programs to improve EBIT.
• Controls production costs, inventory, and shipping through proper oversight.
• Directs the application of company policies to plant operations and staffing decisions.
• Coordinates production schedules with sales requirements and plant capacity.
