Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Management or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cost controls and production planning.
• Proven ability to lead and develop personnel.

Responsibilities

• Directs shop floor operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Manages cost, inventory, and production scheduling for EBIT optimization.
• Oversees maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance at the plant.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Coordinates with sales to align schedules with demand and capacity.
• Reviews capital equipment needs and justifies investments.
• Maintains effective labor relations and policies where applicable.
