Responsibilities

• Own plant performance across production, safety, quality, cost, staffing, and commitments.
• Coordinate manufacturing and support functions to improve workflow, equipment utilization, and schedule attainment.
• Control operating expenses and allocate resources per production requirements.
• Assess plant performance through data and floor-level engagement.
• Determine workforce, equipment, and facility requirements to support current and future needs.
