RodgersHouder: Human Capital Solutions is seeking a Plant Manager for a client in the Wisconsin area to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and high-quality product delivery. The role requires hands-on leadership, problem solving, and a track record of driving improvements on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate will develop people, implement Lean and TOC initiatives, manage budgets, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading manufacturing operations and teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for daily manufacturing operations and align with company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to meet performance goals.
• Maintain floor presence and address operational challenges on the line.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and TOC.
• Manage plant budgets and collaborate with HR, QA, R&D, Sales, Finance.
• Oversee safety programs, SQF compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory, materials, and production resources to maximize efficiency.
