Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operations

Requirements

• Previous Plant Manager or senior manufacturing management experience
• Experience managing budgets, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and facility resources

The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the performance and continued development of the manufacturing facility. This leader will bring together production, quality, materials, engineering, maintenance, and supporting functions to create a well-coordinated operation capable of consistently meeting business and customer commitments.
