Job summary

LANXESS Corporation in Charleston, SC seeks a seasoned Operations leader to direct daily plant execution, ensuring safe, reliable production and alignment with business goals. You will manage staffing, training, performance, and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Safety to maximize reliability and customer service while driving continuous improvement.

Candidates need 15+ years in chemical manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership; a B.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in chemical manufacturing or related process environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or production management role with personnel responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Lead daily execution and performance of the Operations organization.
• Coordinate staffing, resources, and safety to ensure plant reliability.
