Industrial-Pallet-Corporation is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead IPC’s Remington, IN operations. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, guiding a team of up to 60 associates and an $18 million operation.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience, excels at developing people, solving problems, and sustaining IPC’s culture and core values as the team’s champion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to lead daily operations, develop people, solve problems and drive results.
• Ability to champion IPC’s culture and core values as a team leader.

Responsabilités

• Leadership and culture development: build leadership team, promote core values, develop employees and reduce turnover.
• Safety and fire prevention: maintain a strong safety culture and address hazards and risks.
• Quality and on-time delivery: ensure product meets specifications and maintain inventory to support delivery.
• Productivity, efficiency, and profitability: meet NI% targets, identify inefficiencies, and improve processes.
• Record keeping and accountability: maintain accurate records and communicate changes clearly.
• Housekeeping and maintenance: maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure uptime of machinery.
• Key performance targets: monitor quality, delivery, productivity, equipment uptime, and turnover.
