Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of IPC’s Remington plant and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Build and develop a strong leadership team and hold people accountable.
• Maintain 2–3 days of finished goods inventory ahead of demand to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Maintain SOPs and accurate operational records, reports, and production data.
