The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, can adjust processes for quality and efficiency, and will manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, working supervisor with ability to mentor staff.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules based on production needs.
• Proficient in basic mathematics for production calculations.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workloads, monitor workflow, and optimize cost effectiveness.
• Supervise and coordinate plant activities across departments.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and equipment operations.
• Address personnel issues and drive issue resolution.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
