Formación

• BS in Engineering, Business Administration or related technical discipline preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisor/manager role required.
• Strong communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily plant operations and provide leadership to ensure safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Direct department supervisors; assign workloads, monitor quality, and uphold safety.
• Develop manufacturing plans to hit service and productivity targets with continuous improvement.
• Implement IPS performance metrics and assist certification efforts.
• Balance labor and capital resources to meet business needs and manage budgets.
