Job summary

IPC in Remington, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for an $18 million facility employing up to 60 team members. The role prioritizes safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, while building a high-performance culture aligned with IPC’s values and mission.

You will develop people, lead the leadership team, and drive continuous improvement, with targets for safety and reliability and a focus on on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of plant management or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Hands-on manufacturing leader who can develop people and drive results.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Remington plant and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Build and develop a strong leadership team and foster accountability.
• Maintain 98% uptime and pursue 2–3 days of finished goods inventory ahead of demand.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs.
• Ensure on-time delivery and accurate production records.
