Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Plant Manager at our Atlanta-area facility to lead operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while driving modern automation and MES/ERP integration. You will align production with strategic goals, mentor leaders, and deliver measurable site performance.

The role requires extensive manufacturing leadership, a track record in optimization, and a strong data-driven approach to achieve OEE targets and efficiency gains within a dynamic

Qualifications

7+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
Experience with budgeting, quality assurance, and equipment troubleshooting.
Proven track record in plant optimization and automation projects.
Experience leading TPS-based operations; Green/Black Belt a plus.
Strong data analytics, OEE, and KPI dashboard familiarity.

Responsibilities

Develop the team to maintain a competitive edge and service to the customer.
Leads and mentors managers and supervisors in a Winning Culture.
Develop and improve succession planning.
Leads Plant Operations, Drives Safety, OpEx, Production, and Efficiency.
Attainment of business objectives and production schedules.
Create and manage capital projects.
Lead optimization and automation transformations with new technology.
Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and increase OEE.
Partner with engineering & IT to integrate MES/ERP, data analytics, real-time reporting.
Champion culture of innovation through technology-driven change.
