Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Plant Manager for the Newnan, GA facility to lead on-site operations and drive safety, efficiency, cost, and service improvements. You will collaborate with operations, sales, engineering, accounting and transportation to optimize production and delivery.

You will read drawings, coach staff, manage schedules, and partner with engineering to ensure proper designs are used while maintaining a safe, tour-ready plant environment and strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and plan production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs including timely delivery.
• Develop a focus on customer service and proactive communication across the team.
• Partner with the engineering team to ensure proper drawings and designs are used.
• Purchase material/services to operate the facility.
• Hire, supervise, orient, train and retain operations/product staff.
• Promote a clean, tour-ready workplace at all times.
