GE Vernova is seeking a manufacturing leader to oversee front-line employees, ensuring reliability and quality on the production line. You will manage hourly staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and apply policy within a defined framework.

Strong communication is essential to mentor juniors and drive continuous improvement. The role requires a 4th shift and a bachelor's degree or substantial equivalent experience with supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 4th shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7am-7pm).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma / GED with ≥6 years in manufacturing and ≥6 years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document, plan, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
• Lead a team of hourly employees and coordinate with other teams to achieve production goals.
• Resolve issues using solid technical knowledge and established procedures.
• Develop strong customer relationships and serve as interface between customer and GE.
