Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in manufacturing or a HS diploma with 6+ years, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and are prepared for a 3rd shift with initial training on 1st/2nd shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, or HS/GED with 6+ years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on 3rd shift with training on 1st/2nd shift for 2–4 weeks.

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
• Typically managing hourly employee populations.
• Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
