Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work 4th shift (Fri, Sat, Sun 7am–7pm).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar environment AND at least 6 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, typically hourly staff.
• Develops broader knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy and strategy.
• Understands key business drivers and how own team's work fits with others.
• May have autonomy to make defined decisions and escalate issues requiring senior input.
• May lead a junior team and interface with customers as needed.
