Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10+ years in manufacturing and/or operations.
• Experience leading through influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Plant Leader to set priorities, rhythms, and standard work.
• Drive consistency in the plant operating system, including daily management and visual management.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure priorities are understood and actions are owned.
• Establish and sustain leader standard work to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics.
• Identify gaps in operating performance and drive structured problem solving and follow-through.
• Support key business reviews, operating reviews, and leadership meetings.
