Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; five or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• MBA degree is preferred for strategic leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all plant operating functions to achieve cost, quality and on-time shipping targets.
• Establish and manage programs for safety, training and process improvements.
• Oversee production, maintenance, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and materials.
• Develop budgets, schedules and an effective order-fulfillment system.
