Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shop's day-to-day operations and production schedules.
• Lead and develop the shop leadership team to meet safety, quality, delivery and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with HR for staffing, evaluations, and training; manage employee relations and performance.
• Monitor and improve production methods, equipment utilization, and product quality.
