Job summary

Weather Shield Windows and Doors in Wisconsin seeks a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, mentor Department Managers, and drive safety, quality, and cost control across the plant. You will manage daily production, coordinate maintenance, and enforce high standards of housekeeping while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

You will lead training initiatives, implement corporate policies, manage budgeting, and partner with senior leadership on continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years related experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Knowledge of safety rules and training programs.
• Experience in manufacturing and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plant programs that support quality, safety, cost, and delivery.
• Mentor Department Managers and supervise 6-12 supervisors.

• Assist in budgeting and strategic planning to improve cost productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
