• Strong communication skills, effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• The ability to deal with highly complex issues and to stay calm when under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in a safe manner; promotes a safe work environment and safety culture.
• Provides general administration and direction for facility and maintenance operations.
• Owns and is accountable for plant manufacturing variances and performance.
• Leads the team to follow Kingspan Operational Excellence principles.
• Directs managers and supervisors to coordinate activities across areas.
• Develops directives, policies and procedures for facilities management.
• Reviews schedules and production orders considering budget and staffing constraints.
• Coordinates or recommends maintenance procedures and equipment replacement.
• Identifies opportunities for lean manufacturing improvements.
• Prepares operating and capital budgets for long-range site improvements.
• Conducts workforce assessments with HR to optimize staffing and training.
