Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the process department at a new plant, driving continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma projects across production lines.

You will develop designs and modifications to equipment to enhance production capability and quality standards while mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability onsite. The role emphasizes leadership, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements across the plant.
• Lead the Engineering Team to drive end-to-end process optimization.
• Initiate and manage projects that improve setup, validation, and measurement systems.
• Coach teams to meet certification, quality and process improvement objectives.
• Maintain professional knowledge and promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
