Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Plant Manager for our Inwood, KY operation. You will lead a 225-employee manufacturing site, driving safety, quality and operational excellence while fostering a culture of servant leadership and accountability.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma, develop and manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing and HR to ensure brand alignment and community presence. A BS in Engineering and 5–10 years of manufacturing leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 5–10 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in CI/lean implementation.
• Knowledge of building/construction industry helpful.

Responsibilities
