Knauf Insulation North America is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the project engineering and maintenance functions, maximizing plant efficiency while ensuring a safe workplace. You will monitor KPIs and daily production data, adjusting plans and expenditures accordingly, and guide CAPEX projects to completion.

The role calls for a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least five years in manufacturing, and five years of management experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of five (5) years in a manufacturing environment; and
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering and Maintenance staff to design/maintain/repair equipment to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare annual Engineering and Maintenance budget and monitor expenditures.
• Drive technologies to improve safety, product quality and plant profitability.
• Direct activities of Maintenance Supervisors and manage plant performance from a maintenance perspective.
• Ensure ISO procedures for the Maintenance and Engineering Department are implemented and documented.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration and accountability within the organization.
