Job summary

Owens Corning in Minneapolis is seeking a Site Leader for our 24/7 roofing and asphalt facility. You will own safety, environmental, quality, maintenance, and production goals while aligning with Owens Corning's strategic objectives.

You'll lead a 130+ employee team, develop the plant vision, drive TPM and continuous improvement, manage capital plans, and coach leaders across functions to deliver superior value to customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 7–10 years of plant management/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a continuous manufacturing process environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing a group of over 130 employees, in a 24-hour operation in a manufacturing environment.
• TPM leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant's vision and strategy, including annual goals, capital investments and strategic initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive work environment aligned with Owens Corning's vision and values.
• Cultivate talent and succession planning for both facility and salaried roles.
• Promote zero-defect culture and TPM to improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with plant functions, suppliers, contractors and other locations.
• Lead transformative cultural change and develop high-performance leadership.
• Direct operations to reduce costs, drive productivity and revenue growth.
• All other tasks as assigned.
